On the first day, our guide will pick you up from the airport or train station, then take you to the hotel.

Lhasa City Tour
On this day, you can enjoy a morning stroll in ancient Barkhor Street. Then after lunch, visit the famous Jokhang Temple and Sera Monastery.

Lhasa City Tour
In order for you to have time to slowly adapt to the high altitude, we will stay one more day in Lhasa City before exploring other places outside Lhasa City. Visit the symbol of Lhasa - Potala Palace. Then, learn some Tibet history in Drepung Monastery and take a walk in Norbulingka Summer Palace.

  • Visit Potala Palace. (Visit about 2-2.5 hours)
  • Visit Drepung Monastery (Visit about 1 hour).
  • After lunch, visit Norbulingka Summer Palace (Visit about 2 hours)

Explore places outside Lhasa City
We will spend a 2.5-hour drive from Lhasa to Yamdrok Tso Lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. After lunch, discouver the Karola Glacier Simila and Pass and Manla Reservoir on the way to Gyantse. Finally, Gyantse Dzong and Gyantse Kumbum will be your last two attractions for the day.

Relax before the visit to Everest Base Camp
Spend one day to get to the town of Shelkar, where you will have a rest in the hotel.
  • Pick up
  • We will take the Shigatse-Dram Highway runs southwest Lhatse, across the high Gyatso La Pass (5252 Meters), and then descends steeply into the barren Lato plains, following the Lolo-Chu downstream. On the descent, the Everest range can be seen in the distance, and the Lolo hot springs are visible by the roadside. We will arrive the town of Shelkar (about 250 kilometers) for acclimate before go to the Everest Base Camp on next day. Finish the tour around 5pm.

Quick Visit In Everest Base Camp
On the sixth day, you will explore the Rongbuk Monastery and the Everest Base Camp. After these activities you will drove back to Shigatse.
  • Pick you up from hotel to Rongbuk Monastery.
  • We will drive to Rongbuk Monastery, which is below the Everest Based Camp (about 90 kilometers), Explore Rongbuk Monastery & the Everest Base Camp. Drive back to Shigatse after the visits
  • Transfer to Shigatse

Discover Tahuiunpo Monastery
On the seventh day, you will discover Tahuiunpo Monastery on your way back to Lhasa. After arriving in Lhasa you will be transferred to the hotel and rest.

  • Visit Tashilunpo Monastery. (Visit about 2 hours)
  • After lunch, transfer to Lhasa

On the last day, you will have free time before transferring to the airport or train station.
